2008 Program Summary
All spouses are encouraged to attend the 2008 Lone Star P.E.T.S.
Spouses must register and pay registration fee to attend the receptions,
breakfast, luncheons, dinners and Governor-Elect meeting.
Space limitations do not allow a spouse to
attend the classroom sessions with their President-Elect, but an
informative spouses program will be held on Friday afternoon and Saturday. This will be an opportunity to make new friends, enjoy some
outstanding speakers and gain a greater appreciation of what your Rotary
Spouse is involved in.
We are doing everything we can to make this one of the most
important and rewarding experiences of your Rotary life and one you can
share with your spouse.
Special sessions will be held for District Governors, District
Governors-elect and District Governors-nominee. Spouses of these officers are encouraged to
attend these special sessions.
Be sure and visit the
Hall of
Friendship during the breaks, to shop for recognition items for members, or personal
items for yourself or spouse. There are also Rotary International books,
tapes, and flyers available in the HOF.
