Registration for 2008 Lone Star Presidents-elect Training Seminar

IF YOU TRY TO REGISTER ON A "MAC" COMPUTER ESPECIALLY IF YOUR BROWSER IS NOT THE VERY LATEST VERSION, YOU MAY EXPERIENCE PROBLEMS .  ALSO BE AWARE THAT SOME COMPANY & HOME NETWORKS RUN "HIGH-SECURITY" BROWSER SETTINGS WHICH MAY CAUSE PROBLEMS DURING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS.

The REGISTRATION FORM uses "Java Script" & "visual Basic" code to enhance the functionality of the registration form and the data collection process.  If your browser security setting is set to "High", your browser security setting should be temporarily set to  "Medium", and be sure your browser settings must have "SCRIPTS ENABLED".

If this is not done the registration form may not function properly. The scripts are completely safe and are not used to collect information about you, or to put anything on your computer. They will not harm your computer. They are used to collect and post your district number and club name to the database. They are used to "enable" certain sections of the form, to convert text to proper case, and they are used to calculate and display the totals as you make your selections. You will be given a choice to pay by credit card or check. If you wish to pay with a credit card, please check the credit card option, before you submit the form.

• You may pay by check, or by Visa, or Master Card credit card. 

• Presidents-elect, Assistant Governors, Operating Committee, Discussion Leaders, and all visitors must register on-line.

• Board members, Speakers, & Advisors to the Board do not have to register on-line. Your registration has already been processed.

You should not have any problems at all if you register on a Windows PCs using the current versions of Internet Explorer, Fire Fox, and Netscape, and most other "Windows" browsers including AOL, providing they are using the latest version of the software and providing that security is set to "Medium" which allows scripts to be run.

During the registration process Presidents-elect are asked to provide some additional information such as the year they will serve as president, club size and years in Rotary, & if you wish to enroll for the Rotary Basics course, or special training sessions on Friday morning.
