  • 12:00 - 9:00 p.m.    RI-Merchandise Vendors open for business in Hall of Friendship (Ground level) Pins... Pins... Pins, Flags, Plaques, Fundraising aids, Wearing Apparel, Jewelry, Club & District Web Sites, & more. 

  • 1:00 - 9:00 p.m.      Registration booth open for on-site registration and for Everyone to pick up their packets in the "Innovation-A" room on the lobby level behind the hotel registration area. 

  •  2:00 - 9:00 p.m.      Rotary information booth open (Rotary Books, DVDs, catalogs, Brochures, "Manuals of Procedure", & much more are available for purchase) 

  • 3:00 – 6:00 p.m.      Discussion Leader Orientation 

FRIDAY, MARCH 19  (training begins today)

  •  7:00 - 11:45 a.m.    Registration in the "Innovation-A" room on the lobby level behind the hotel registration area for on-site registration, CC processing, Badge printing, and for  packet pickup.    

  •  1:30 - 6:00 p.m.      Registration for late registrations, for credit card processing, name badge printing and packet pickup.

  • 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.       RI-Merchandise Vendors open for business in Hall of Friendship (Ground level) Pins... Pins... Pins, Flags, Plaques, Fundraising aids, Wearing Apparel, Jewelry, Club & District Web Sites, & more.

  •  7:00 – 7:45 a.m.              ROTARY BASICS COURSE: For Club Presidents who have been in Rotary 3 years or less

  •  7:00 - 10 a.m.        No registrations on Saturday. Registration booth open in the ground-floor registration booth for credit card processing, name badge printing and packet pickup only.  

  • 7:00 – 8:15 a.m.      BREAKFAST Plenary Session Three (Jean Irwin) 

  • 8:30 – 11:30 a.m.    DISCUSSION GROUPS CONTINUE 

  • 11:45 – 1:15 p.m.    LUNCH Plenary Session Four (David Forward) 

  • 1:30 –  5:30 p.m.     DISCUSSION GROUPS CONTINUE 

  • 6:00 –  7:00 p.m.     Group pictures with Rotary international President-elect nomine elect  Ray Klinginsmith. Dress for pictures is "Business Attire". 

  •  7:00 –  8:45 p.m.     BANQUET Plenary Session Five (Ray Klinginsmith) 

  •  8:45 to 9:45 p.m.    Balance of Group pictures with Rotary international President-elect  Ray Klinginsmith. Dress for pictures is "Business Attire".

Sunday March 21
