Five Steps to Register

  • Step 1:  

    • Choose your district number from the dropdown list of districts, or choose "Not Listed" if your district is not listed.  The form automatically fills a text field in the main form below and opens another dropdown box with a list of clubs from your district to choose from.
      Note some provisional clubs and clubs not completely organized may not be on the dropdown list.  If that is the case, choose the "Not Listed" option and contact the registrar.  Incoming club presidents and others from districts not listed should also choose the "Not Listed" option and contact the registrar. 

  • Step 2:

    • Choose the club from the dropdown list of current clubs IN THE DISTRICT CHOSEN IN STEP 1, or choose "Not Listed" if your club is not listed.  If you don't see your club, look carefully to see if it listed under a different name, or to see if the district number you chose in step1 is the correct one.
      Note some provisional clubs and clubs not completely organized may not be on the dropdown list.  If that is the case, choose the "Not Listed" option and contact the registrar.  Incoming club presidents and others from districts not listed should also choose the "Not Listed" option and contact the registrar. 

  • Step 3:

    • Choose the package that you are registering for from the three options provided. Note: the registration fee for each option is calculated and displayed

      • Option 1 Incoming Club Presidents, (Elects & Nominees, $340.00)

        • Choosing this option opens up a section of the form available only to Incoming Presidents, which collects information about the president and his or her club, and it allows him or her to choose several optional training opportunities not available to any other attendees.

      • Option 2 Incoming Assistant Governors ($340.00) who have not received LSPETS-Training before

        •  Incoming Assistant Governors who have not been previously trained at LSPETS are offered Assistant Governor training at LSPETS, which is not to be considered the "Official", or "Complete" training for the task of Assistant Governors, but rather is a supplement to the training provided at the district level and that provided by Rotary International.

        • It provides an opportunity to meet other assistant governors and discuss various aspects of the AG's job and to meet the presidents of the clubs in the areas they will be serving, and to provide an additional element of motivation thru person to person contact and interaction with high-profile members of Rotary International.

      • Option 3 All others
        All of those who have a part in the training or operational functions of LS P.E.T.S
        . ($290.00)

        • These roles have been condensed down to a relatively few optional choices for inclusion on your badge, which do not, in most cases reflect the full scope of your contributions to the LSPETS success. (Thank you, one and all)

        • Choose the title or position (To be displayed on your Badge) which most closely reflects your status or reason for being here.  The choices you will have are: 

          • POSITION NOT LISTED (If unsure choose this option and contact the registrar)

          • Discussion Leader

          • Operating Committee

          • District Governor 09-10

          • District Governor 10-11

          • District Governor 11-12

          • Guest

          • PETS (observer)

          • Ranger Chief

          • Ranger Chief Deputy

          • Ranger

          • Rl Representative

          • TRF Representative

    • Step 4:

      • Fill out the Contact Information for yourself and your spouse if you are registering him or her at this time. (Spouse fee $250.00)

        • All spouses are welcome to come to LSPETS. Some are encouraged, such as the spouse of an incoming club president, and a very exciting and informational program for them is prepared to help them support you as you serve as president of your club.

      • The information you provide is collected primarily so that we may contact you in case of a problem or to pass on other information to you that you may have missed in the original correspondence or training.  It will also be used in the case of club presidents to provide them with a contact list of their classmates.

      • It may also be used for post-follow up purposes. The data on the form is posted to the master database and your "Confirmation" page is displayed with instructions and links for help if needed, which you are encouraged to print, and where you can process your credit card to complete the registration process. 

    • Step 5
