Clubs and Districts show us your Centennial projects. |
|
|
Displays should be self-explanatory, in as much as possible, and concise.
Poster-board, photo albums, samples are effective. Provide plenty of
handouts or business cards for people to pick up and take back with them.
You do not have to reserve a table. There will be plenty of tables
available. Just bring your display, and contact Billy Settles
when you get there. He will work with you to get it set up.
Note: we are not responsible for display items like TVs , laptops, or
VCRs left in the hall unattended. Be sure and mark your brochures or any
other materials clearly if you do not want them removed from the table. All displays will
have to fit on either a 30" x 72" , or a 15" x 72" table. see
examples below. Anything larger will need to be arranged for in advance.
